Accessibility Statement

MyBenefits is committed to making health benefits accessible to everyone. We strive to ensure that all members, including those who use assistive technologies, can view their coverage, manage claims and accounts, and find care through our member portal.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes sufficient color contrast, full keyboard navigation, descriptive labels and alternative text, clear heading structure, and support for screen readers.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review and test the health benefits portal to identify and resolve barriers so that managing your coverage and care remains usable for all members.
