Find answers about viewing your medical coverage, understanding claims and explanations of benefits, managing your health spending accounts, finding care, and reaching member support.

How do I view my coverage and claims?

After signing in, open Coverage & Claims to see your medical, dental and vision plans, track submitted claims, and view each explanation of benefits (EOB). Your deductible and out-of-pocket totals update as claims process.

How do I manage my HSA, FSA or HRA?

Go to Accounts to check balances, submit eligible medical expenses, upload receipts, and reimburse yourself for qualified healthcare costs from your tax-advantaged accounts.

How do I find an in-network provider or use telehealth?

Use Find Care to search your provider network by specialty and location, compare in-network costs, and start a telehealth visit. Staying in network keeps your copays and coinsurance lower.

How do I refill a prescription or check pharmacy benefits?

Open Pharmacy to review your prescription coverage and copays, check drug pricing, and request refills. Mail-order options may be available for maintenance medications.

How do I handle enrollment, dependents and eligibility?

During open enrollment or a qualifying life event, use Enrollment to choose plans, add or remove dependents, and update your member information and member ID.
