These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MyBenefits health benefits member portal, where you manage your employer-sponsored health coverage, claims, health spending accounts, prescription benefits and care.
Member accounts
Access to the portal is limited to eligible members and authorized dependents. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify member support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use of the portal
The portal provides access to health benefits and insurance information for your own benefits administration. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health care provider for medical decisions.
Accuracy of benefits information
We work to keep coverage, claims and account information accurate and current. In the event of a discrepancy, the official plan documents and your insurer's records govern your benefits and eligibility.
Privacy
Your use of the portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which describe how your protected health information is handled.
